Anatod® now offers a free, cost-effective WhatsApp bot for our clients. It works with the official WhatsApp API (Meta), integrated with Freshchat and our own API, allowing for automated customer service and escalation to human agents when needed.

At anatod®, we continue our international expansion and have added a new client in Senegal, consolidating our presence in Africa. This project is our second on the continent, following our previous experience in Ivory Coast, and reaffirms the ability of our solutions to adapt to diverse markets.
