In anatod ®, we continue to evolve to offer you safer and more efficient solutions. Now, we are implementing a new system of Access control by range of allowed IP addresses, which gives you Greater security and control about who can access your systems.
🔒 Greater security for your infrastructure
With this new functionality, you can define what IP addresses or IP ranges are authorized to access our systems. This means that:
✅ You restrict unauthorized access from unknown locations.
✅ Reduces the risk of attacks limiting access to only trusted IPs.
✅ You comply with safety regulations requiring additional protection measures.
⚙️ How does it work?
You can specify allowed IPs in a flexible format, such as:
• Specific ranges (Example: 181.198.23.0/24 allows all IPs from 181.198.23.1 to 181.198.23.255).
• Individual IPs (Example: 190.15.23.45/32 allows only that IP).
• Complete networks (Example: 24.4.0.0/16 allows 24.4.XX).
• Full access (0.0.0.0/0 allows any IP).
If you set 0.0.0.0/0, other ranges will be ignored, ensuring simplicity in configuration.
🚀 Quick and easy implementation
From each user's profile, you can define and manage these allowed IP ranges in just a few clicks. Once configured, our system automatically will validate access and block any attempts from unauthorized IPs.
