🔧 What will your tasks be?
- Provide Level 1 support to our customers (via chat, email, or video call)
- Document user guides and system procedures
- Train new users in the use of our platforms
- Escalate complex cases to the Level 2 team when necessary
💡 We are looking for someone who has:
- Handling digital tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactivity, patience and attention to detail
- Desire to work as a team and learn about the ISP world
📘 Knowledge that adds (not exclusive):
- Process knowledge
- Basic accounting and invoicing
✈️ Availability to travel to events and fairs, both local and international.
🌍 Mode: In person (with remote days), at our office Bahía Blanca, Argentina.
🕒 Day: Full-time (9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday)
