Anatod® now offers a free, cost-effective WhatsApp bot for our clients. It works with the official WhatsApp API (Meta), integrated with Freshchat and our own API, allowing for automated customer service and escalation to human agents when needed.

This year we will be incorporating clients into a staging environment to validate real changes before production and completely redefine the ticketing module, separating it by areas such as sales, support, repairs and call center.
