If you've made it this far, you already know that at anatod\u00ae we don't really like the "Happy New Year and let's go for more!" thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We prefer to count What are we going to do?<\/strong>, Why we do it and how that impacts those who use our systems every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And 2026 begins with two big decisions<\/strong>, designed for something very simple: to make everything work better, with fewer errors, less stress, and more predictability for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new intermediate step: clients in staging<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Until now, the path was quite straightforward: development \u2192 production<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And although it always worked, the reality is that systems grew, use cases multiplied, and the impact of a change today is much greater than it was a few years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, in 2026 we will formally incorporate a staging environment<\/strong>, with real customers who agree to participate in this intermediate step between testing and production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does this mean?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Real changes, with real data, but without affecting daily operations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • More in-depth validations before releasing something to everyone<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Fewer "on-the-fly" corrections\u201c<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • More stable and predictable updates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Who will be in staging?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Some specific clients, with prior consent, who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • They want access to new features sooner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Be willing to give real feedback<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • In return, obtain better quality, greater stability, and commercial benefits<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      This isn't "testing unstable things," it's exactly the opposite: it's protect production<\/strong> and improve everyone's experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The ticketing module is no longer "just another module"\u201c<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The second decision is something we've been thinking about for a while.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The ticketing system is no longer just "support".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Today they live there:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Sales<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Repairs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Call center<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Remote support<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Internal monitoring<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Completely different flows from each other<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Forcing all of that into the same logic no longer makes sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        What are we going to do in 2026?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Let's go redefine, separate and specialize<\/strong> the ticket module:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Different flows depending on the type of care<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Specific states and metrics for each area<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Better experience for the operator<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Improved traceability for the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Less friction, fewer unnecessary steps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          The idea is not to "make it bigger", but Make it clearer, faster, and more usable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          2026 is not about adding features for the sake of adding them.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          This is about order<\/strong>, try better<\/strong>, specialize<\/strong> and make systems more robust<\/strong> for real, everyday use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
