Important information with the Teleprom account
As Teleprom has already informed each client, access must be regenerated for the system's API.
Our system is now ready for each client to generate new access and upload. The current access Teleprom will be terminated on 8/1/2024, giving several days for each client to modify the information.
Additionally, the Teleprom service will be limited to the public ip used by the system. We will provide this information to Teleprom for each client.
We leave a simple guide on how to load the new access data to the system. To generate the new username/password, contact Teleprom.
Enter the system in the menu ISPkeeper/Integrations
Find the provider Teleprom, load both data and save the information.
