Important Information
The system is marketed SaaS (Software as a Service), monthly, in the cloud, with no minimum contracting times. All modules are included.
VPS vs AWS
Other systems use VPS (virtual server) to install the system, with limited hardware and all resources in a single instance that can be completely saturated and blocked. In our case, we use several AWS (Amazon Web Services) services that ensure that our system is not in one place, but in multiple instances and services, allowing vertical scalability without saturating the services, since everything works independently.
Additionally, we use a content delivery network (CDN) for file distribution. This means that even if you're not in your city, the system will continue to work just as quickly, as it has replicas worldwide.

The one-time Setup fee includes remote/in-person training, data migration, and initial configuration and is established prior to contracting the service. The amount payable is non-refundable.
** System customization for ISPkeeper clients:
1 customization of medium complexity and 2 of low complexity are included per semester, subject to prior evaluation.
Additional developments to these customizations involve upgrading to the Plus + version.
Customizations in the ISPkeeper version are not cumulative and will be counted on a calendar year basis.

There is no limit on the number of customizations ordered.
